WIUT organised a field trip to PROMEAT factory
WIUT Career Development Centre and lecturers on the Quality and Operations Management module organised a field trip to PROMEAT factory, Halal-certified livestock cluster that implements all the processes of the production cycle. Students had an opportunity to hear the success story from the founders on the family business model which grew tremendously over the past decades. WIUT students were glad to be able to observe not only the full meat production process, but also to observe the link between their studies and real-life quality and the operations management of the factory which gives the sense of connection to the real industry.
