  • Gifts and Services (Provision XII Code of Ethics): Faculty and staff are prohibited from accepting gifts or services from students or third parties that could create conflicts of interest. Monetary gifts are strictly forbidden, and all exceptions must be reported transparently.
  • Student-Faculty Relations (Provision IV): Faculty members are not allowed to solicit or accept any form of gifts or benefits from students, ensuring unbiased academic and professional relationships.
  • Compliance with National Laws: WIUT adheres to the Law on Combating Corruption (2017) and the Law on Conflict of Interests (2024), aligning its policies with national and international best practices.
